It reads your resume, and scores fit - that's it
When you apply through HRexora, our AI (we call him Arjun) reads your resume and compares it against what the company is looking for - skills, experience, and role-fit. He gives a score, but that’s just the start of the process, not the end of it.
AI never rejects you, and it never hires you either
Every decision - shortlisting, interviewing, hiring - is made by a real person at the company. AI just helps them see relevant candidates faster; it doesn’t replace their judgment.
Visible only where you choose
Your profile is only visible to the company you applied to, unless you choose to create a free Talent Cloud profile - which makes you discoverable to other hiring companies too. You’re always in control of that choice, and you can update or remove your information anytime.
