• From recruiters/companies: name, work email, company name, designation, and hiring-related data you input (job descriptions, candidate evaluations).
• From job seekers/candidates: name, email, phone number, resume/CV content, and profile information you provide.
• Automatically: usage data, device/browser information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the hiring workflow you sign up for - screening resumes, matching candidates to roles, sending WhatsApp/email communications, and generating AI-assisted recommendations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

To provide our services, we share relevant data with trusted third-party providers, including:

• AI model providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI) - to process resumes, job descriptions, and generate screening/matching recommendations.
• WhatsApp Business API providers (such as Gupshup) - to send candidate communications.
• Email delivery providers (such as Resend) - to send transactional emails.
• Payment processors (such as Razorpay) - to process subscription payments.

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide these services, not for their own purposes.

5. Candidate Communication Consent

By applying through or engaging with HRexora, candidates consent to being contacted via WhatsApp and email regarding job opportunities and application status.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active, and for up to 90 days after an account deletion request, except where longer retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@hrexora.com.

9. Age Requirement

HRexora’s services are intended for users aged 18 and above; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
