1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HRexora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our platform.

2. Company Status

“HRexora” refers to the platform operated under this proprietorship, currently in the process of transitioning to a private limited company structure.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Free Trial

New company accounts receive a 15-day free trial. You’ll be notified 3 days before your trial ends. After expiry, access to AI agents (Arjun, Flow, Pulse, Virat, Guru) is paused until you choose a paid plan - your existing data remains accessible.

5. Candidate/Job Seeker Access

HRexora is always free for job seekers - creating a profile, applying to jobs, and using candidate-side tools carries no cost.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform - including sending spam, uploading fraudulent job listings, or attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures.

7. Human-in-the-Loop

All HRexora AI agents provide recommendations only. Final hiring decisions are always made by your team - HRexora never auto-rejects or auto-hires a candidate.

8. Payments and Pricing

Subscription pricing is published on our pricing page. GST registration is in progress; prices are currently inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

HRexora is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
