Question 1

Is HRexora really free for job seekers?

Accepted Answer

Yes - completely free, always. There's no premium tier and no paywall, ever, for candidates.

Question 2

How does the AI Resume Builder work?

Accepted Answer

Paste or upload your current resume and it comes back restructured into a clearer, more complete version - you review and edit it before it goes anywhere.

Question 3

Do I need to keep checking a portal for updates?

Accepted Answer

No. When you're shortlisted, a message and a few short questions reach you on WhatsApp - or by email where WhatsApp isn't available - and you can answer in Hindi, English or Hinglish. Interview, offer and rejection updates come by email, and your applications page shows where each application stands.

Question 4

Do I have to reapply every time I want to be considered for a new role?

Accepted Answer

No - once you've built a profile, you can opt in to being discoverable by other companies hiring on HRexora, not just the one you first applied to.

Question 5

Will an AI decide whether I get hired?

Accepted Answer

No - AI scores and ranks to help recruiters move faster, but every shortlist, interview, and hiring decision is made by a real person at the company.

Question 6

What if I don't want other companies to see my profile?

Accepted Answer

Your visibility is your choice - keep your profile private to just the company you applied to, or opt in to being discoverable more broadly. Either way, you decide.
